These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made on maison-popeline.fr for the furnished tourist accommodation "Maison Popeline" in Les Andelys (27600), France.

1. Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed upon full online payment via Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent. Displayed rates include rent, cleaning fee and tourist tax where applicable.

2. Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund
• Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: no refund, except force majeure

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services booked for specific dates.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.

4. Disputes

French courts have jurisdiction. Consumer mediation is available (see legal notice).
